Landal Adventure Game: the new app where children build a digital tree house during their holiday stay
Landal GreenParks introduces a new digital game, which challenges children from 8 to 12 and their parents to a digital scavenger hunt in and about the park. While on their quest in the wild, they collect resources necessary to design and build their own digital tree house.
Fourth spectacular indoor water slide officially open
The longest funnel water slide in the world is now open at the Hof van Saksen holiday resort, part of Landal GreenParks. The ‘Saltato’ is 195 metres long and has four funnels, each with a diameter of five metres. The luxury holiday resort also had a world premier two years ago with the opening of three other spectacular water slides and plans to continue innovating and investing in exclusive water fun.

Restaurant Gusto has reopened at new location
Hof van Saksen has now housed its Italian restaurant, Gusto, at a new location in the central building, the Havezate. The new accommodation next to the entrance has a contemporary, attractive, child-friendly and accessible interior with international allure. Guests are treated to top-quality dining in the inviting atmosphere and can enjoy the culinary spectacle of the Italian chef in the open kitchen.
The mountain to Drenthe
Since 18 October 2018, the Netherlands has gained a mountain. The Col du VAM, the mountain in Drenthe, is about 37 metres high. After the climb, with a rise between 8 and 13% you have a fantastic view of the surroundings. You can even see all the way to Germany.
Zoover Awards for Landal GreenParks
On Thursday 10 January the Zoover Awards for accommodations were announced at the Vakantiebeurs in Utrecht. Three parks from Landal GreenParks received a Golden Zoover Award: Landal Amerongse Berg (Utrecht), Landal De Waufsberg (Limburg) and Landal Miggelenberg (Gelderland). Seven other parks from the holiday provider received a Silver Award.
