Earlier you received a leisure voucher from us that indicated the amount of your planned stay. Unfortunately, your stay could not take place because of the coronavirus. There is currently still an outstanding amount on your voucher to which you are entitled. Log in to your personal account and follow the steps to request a refund so we can transfer the amount to you.
 
Log in and simply reclaim your voucher balance Because we need your bank details, we kindly ask you to log in. Check your voucher balance and request a refund of the outstanding amount. It’s as simple as that!
