- Log in to your account via the website or the Hof van Saksen-app.
- Click on 'Add' under Add your created booking.
- Enter the booking number of your booking. You will find your booking number in the confirmation you received by e-mail.
- When your booking is linked to your account, it will display in both the app and the website.
You can only link a booking number to the e-mail address used to make the booking. So only the main booker can add the stay to his or her account.
Please note, if you have made a booking at a park in the UK, it is not (yet) possible to link your booking in the app. However, you can view the park's facilities and activities.
Once you have added a stay, you can find your booked stay under 'my bookings'. Are you already logged in when booking? Then we will add your booking automatically.
Send an e-mail to privacy@landal.com requesting that your account be deleted. You will receive a message as soon as your account has been deleted. If you wish to use your Landal account again later and view your (old) bookings, you can simply create a new account using the same e-mail address.
