Depending on availability, we can add a preference for you to the booking. Please note: adding a preference may incur an additional cost of 50 euros. After making a change, we will send you a change note indicating any costs involved.

Can I change the house number of my accommodation?
The provisional house number of your accommodation can be found from 1 week before arrival in the Hof van Saksen App and in your account. Would you prefer a different house number? Then you can record this for a fee (€50).

You can easily make your request yourself via the link below and we will add the final house number to your booking. You agree to the above additional costs. Would you like to provide multiple preferred numbers in 'comments'? In case your first choice is not possible, we can look into options for the other house numbers. Please also let us know if you prefer non-smoking and/or pet-free accommodation.

How do I add a pet to my existing booking?
Depending on the availability of accommodation in which a pet is allowed, we can add a pet to your booking. The cost of bringing a pet is €5.75 per night. You do not bring your pet? We will refund these costs upon arrival at the park.

I have booked a stay and would like to change the accommodation type. Is that possible?
Yes, you can. Depending on current availability, you can change your accommodation type at the park up to one day before arrival. Please note that the rental price remains the same, but may also be higher. If the modified booking becomes more expensive, you will have to pay this difference extra.

I want to add or remove a travel companion. How do I do that?
You can easily do that yourself in your account. Go to the details of your booking. There, under 'travel company', you will find the details of your travel companions. Here you can add or remove a travel companion. These can be travel companions who are staying the same number of days as you. But also guests, i.e. family/friends who stay for one night, for example. 
 
Based on this, we will recalculate the total price of your stay, which includes an increase in tourist tax. We will inform you of this adjusted amount by e-mail. Have you added a travel companion? Then you can pay the additional amount under 'payment information'. We will then make sure that extra beds are made and there is also a set of towels for the guests. 

Will someone no longer be coming and you have already paid for this? Then you will receive this part back from us on arrival at the resort.

I entered an expected arrival time, but this has changed. Is this a problem?
It is not a problem if you arrive earlier or later than the time specified. Simply enter your new expected arrival time in your account and the Hof van Saksen App. This is possible up to one day before arrival. 

The reception desk is open until 9 p.m. every day. Do you plan on arriving later? No worries. You will receive your keys prior to your stay, allowing you to drive directly to your accommodation. In the event of a problem, you can always contact security, who are on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

I have booked a stay and would like to change the period or accommodation. Is that possible?
If your scheduled arrival date is more than 28 days from today’s date, it is still possible for you to make changes in period, acommodation or park. To do so, please get in touch with our Contact Centre on: +31 88 205 9000. We will be happy to provide you with further individual assistance. The price of the booking will remain the same or will be increased. If the updated booking is more expensive, you will of course need to pay the difference.

If the booking has an arrival date less than 28 days from today, it is unfortunately not possible to make changes.

Can I book extra children's furniture (such as a cot/chair)?
Yes, you can.When making the booking, you can select which children's furniture you want to add. This can also be done up to 1 day before arrival via your account. Good to know: you will find 1 high chair in the farmhouse as standard. In a farmhouse for 8 persons, you will find 2 highchairs, in a farmhouse for 18 persons 3 and in a farmhouse for 24 persons 4.
