I have a gift card and/or a voucher. How can I pay with this?
This is possible when making a new booking. You can enter the card number and the security code in the payment options. You can also pay an outstanding amount later on with your gift card or voucher. You can pay the remainder with iDeal or by credit card if the value of the gift card or voucher is lower. Do you have several gift cards? You can use multiple gift cards to pay for your stay.

Please disregard any reminders if you have already paid. You do not need to take any further action.

I am owed an amount by Hof van Saksen. When will this amount be credited to my account?
If you are owed an amount by Landal, you will automatically receive this amount back within 10 days to the bank account we hold.

Still haven't received an amount from us after 4 weeks?

The fare has been debited twice from my account. What do I do now?
We will automatically refund the overpaid amount to your account within a few days. Have you still not received this amount within 28 days? Please contact the Contact Center by telephone.

Can I get a deferral of payment?
No, unfortunately that is not possible. We would like to refer you to the general terms and conditions of Landal GreenParks, where you can see which payment terms apply to you. We cannot make any exceptions here. We will unfortunately have to cancel your reservation should you fail to pay within the set payment terms.

Will I receive a payment confirmation after my payment?
If you have paid via an electronic bank transfer, you will not receive a payment confirmation.

If you have paid in “My Booking” via iDeal or Credit Card, you will receive a payment confirmation by email.

You can check your reservation online via your booking confirmation. Click on the “My Booking” link at the top left.

If you have not yet paid, you will receive a message from us.

Unfortunately, it’s not possible as yet to view and pay for group bookings online.

My invoice for a booking is incorrect. What should I do?
When Landal GreenParks processes your booking, Landal GreenParks sends you a booking confirmation and an invoice by e-mail within 3 days after the booking is made. You should check this confirmation for mistakes as soon as you receive it. Please inform Landal GreenParks immediately in the case of mistakes. Please do this by telephone. Please call the Contact Center on tel. +31-(0)70 300 35 06.

When must I pay for my booking?
When you make a booking you are required to make a deposit of 30% of the total amount.    

Hof van Saksen must have received the remaining amount due no later than 8 weeks before the start of your stay at Hof van Saksen as specified in the booking confirmation.

If the booking is made within 8 weeks of the start of your stay, the entire amount must be paid immediately.

Can I still add a discount code after making a booking?
Do you have a Hof van Saksen discount code or promotional code, but did you forget to use it when booking? Tell us within 14 days of booking via the link below. Give us the discount code in 'comments'. If it is a valid code, we will ensure that the discount is still processed in your booking.
