How do I create an account?
You do this by following these steps: create an account. Go to 'Login' and then to 'No account yet'. Fill in your details and click on 'Register'. You will receive an e-mail to confirm your account.

I lost my booking confirmation. What should I do?
If you have lost your reservation confirmation, please call the Contact Centre on +31-(0)70 300 35 06 (normal call charges). We will then resend your booking confirmation to you by e-mail. You should keep this safe and bring it (digitally) with you to the resort.

Unfortunately, you cannot delete your account yourself at the moment. We can delete your account details for you. Please contact the Contact Centre at telephone number +31-(0)70 300 35 06. (usual call charge).

Why can't I see my reservation in my account?
A reservation can only be saved in your account if your e-mail address is the same as the e-mail address of the reservation. For more information please contact the Contact Centre at +31-(0)70 300 35 06 (normal call charges).

Change my name in my account.
If you want to change your name in my account: You can change your name in your account via 'My details'. To do this, you must first log in via www.hofvansaksen.com/my-account.

Change my name in my reservation.
If you want to change your name in your reservation: You can only change it by phone. At the moment you can only change your name in the reservation by calling the Contact Centre via telephone number +31-(0)70 300 35 06 (usual call charge).

You can change the e-mail address in your account via 'My details'. To do this, you must first log in with your old e-mail address at www.hofvansaksen.com/my-account.
