How do I change my name?
Change my name in my account.
If you want to change your name in my account: You can change your name in your account via 'My details'. To do this, you must first log in via www.hofvansaksen.com/my-account.

Change my name in my reservation.
If you want to change your name in your reservation: You can only change it by phone. At the moment you can only change your name in the reservation by calling the Contact Centre via telephone number +31-(0)70 300 35 06 (usual call charge).

How can I reset my password?
You can change your password in your account via 'My details'. If you have forgotten your password, choose the option 'Forgotten your password? This option can be found in the login screen.
