I cannot log in. What should I do?
Please check again the details you have entered. Are there no typos? You can also log in with a code or log in link instead of a password. You can easily request this via the my booking page.

When you've forgotten your pasword, you request a new password below. It may take up to 1 minute before you receive the e-mail. Also check your spam box to be sure.

Good to know: your login details for the Landal app and website are the same.

I forgot the e-mail address for my account. What should I do?
You can try to log in with one of your e-mail addresses and choose 'Forgotten your password? If the e-mail address is not known, you can create a new account.

I get the message 'E-mail already exists'. What should I do?
You are trying to create a new account with an e-mail address on which an account is already active. Can't remember the password? Then request a new password here.

Create an account

How do I create an account? Was this answer helpful for you? How can I add a stay to my account or to the Landal app?
  • Log in to your account via the website or the Hof van Saksen-app.
  • Click on 'Add' under Add your created booking.
  • Enter the booking number of your booking. You will find your booking number in the confirmation you received by e-mail.
  • When your booking is linked to your account, it will display in both the app and the website.

You can only link a booking number to the e-mail address used to make the booking. So only the main booker can add the stay to his or her account.

Please note, if you have made a booking at a park in the UK, it is not (yet) possible to link your booking in the app. However, you can view the park's facilities and activities.

Once you have added a stay, you can find your booked stay under 'my bookings'. Are you already logged in when booking? Then we will add your booking automatically.

I would like to delete my account. How can I do this?
Unfortunately, you cannot delete your account yourself at the moment. We can delete your account details for you. Please contact the Contact Centre at telephone number +31-(0)70 300 35 06. (usual call charge).

Hof van Saksen App

How do I log in on the Landal app?
You always log in with the same email address and password you use to log in on the website. Always log in with the email address that you used to make your booking with Landal. Your booking is linked to this. Forgot password? Select ‘forgot password’ when you log in. You will receive an email from us to reset your password. Make sure you also check your spam folder. Didn't receive an email? Then you probably don't have an account with this email address. Create an account.

Can I also use the Hof van Saksen App if I don't have a reservation?

Absolutely! You can read more information about the facilities and the surrounding of the Resort in the app.

I have booked multiple accommodations at once. How can I add this reservation to the app?
  • Log in to your account or in the Hof van Saksen app with your e-mail address and password.
  • Go to 'bookings'.
  • Choose 'add booking'.
  • You must add each booking separately. If your booking consists of 5 accommodations, add these separately with the corresponding booking number.
  • Enter the booking number. This can be found in the booking confirmation you received from us by e-mail.
  • Your booking has now been added!
  • Go to 'bookings' to view the details of your bookings.

I have logged into the app, but my reservation is not linked yet. How do I do this?
Please follow these steps:

1. Go to 'bookings' and choose 'add booking'.
2. Add the bookingsnumber. You find this in the booking confirmation which you received via the e-mail.
3. Your booking has been added! 
4. Go to 'bookings' in the app to view the details of the booking.

What information can I find in the Hof van Saksen App?
With the app, the anticipation of your stay can begin! Log in with the details of the account you use to log in to the website. Here you will find information about your booking, you can change your travel party and book fun extras. To make your stay even easier, open the door of your farmhouse with the app. You will also find all facilities & activities with opening hours. With the resort map, you know exactly where to go. And don't forget to book a table at your favourite restaurant. Finally, you will also find all the highlights of the Resort's surroundings in the app!
