With the app, the anticipation of your stay can begin! Log in with the details of the account you use to log in to the website. Here you will find information about your booking, you can change your travel party and book fun extras. You will also find all facilities & activities with opening hours. With the resort map, you know exactly where to go. And don't forget to book a table at your favourite restaurant. Finally, you will also find all the highlights of the Resort's surroundings in the app! 

The key cards will be sent to your reservation address at the latest 3 days before arrival. Your accommodation is available from 16.00 hours. The 'children's' farmhouse (4CK, 4CEK, 6CK, 6CEK, 8CK and 10CEK) and Newborn (4CEN) are ready for you at 15.00 hours. You are welcome to use the facilities already. From 12:00 you can pick up a day pass at the reception.

We use a digital key. On the day of arrival, keep a close eye on the app. When the key turns green it is ready for use. No need to go to reception and your holiday can start immediately!

There is no need to bring towels because the accommodation provides two towels per person. Do you want to order more towels? You can do so in your account's 'extras' section. This set includes two large luxury towels (140x70cm).

Please follow these steps:

1. Go to 'bookings' and choose 'add booking'.
2. Add the bookingsnumber. You find this in the booking confirmation which you received via the e-mail.
3. Your booking has been added! 
4. Go to 'bookings' in the app to view the details of the booking. 

Yes, you can also just come and enjoy a day at the resort. Go swimming in the swimming paradise and race down the exciting slides. Or splash around in the musical paddling pool. 

Always contact us in advance on +31(0)592 24 59 50 and ask about availability. At weekends and during school holidays in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium, the facilities and activities are only open to resort guests.
